We have received reports from various sources that receiving or accessing ExchangeOnline Mailboxes is currently not possible or delayed. This issue is a Microsoft ExchangeOnline issue and not AFI related. Please check if your tentant is affected by this issue: https://portal.office.com/Adminportal/Home?#/servicehealth

Microsoft has reported that the issue is fixed and most affected users should now experience relief.

We have received fault reports from various sources. These are currently being examined in more detail.

Our systems have been checked and no errors were found. Issues on remote sites where caused by the usage of outdated client components.
